The Turboo website is operated by GIZTIX COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Thailand (company registration no. / tax ID 0105558124767), address 55/50 Moo 9, Bang Pla, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan 10540, Thailand, telephone +66 2 026 6895 ("Giztix", "we", "us").

Turboo is the transport management system (TMS) developed and sold by Giztix. "You" means the person using the website and, where you act for a company, that company.

These terms cover the website and everything you can do on it: browse the product pages, run the guided demo, build a price on the pricing page, download a quotation, send an order request, and create or sign in to a Turboo account.

The Turboo product itself — the workspace you sign in to at the Turboo product — is provided to your company under the agreement between your company and Giztix: your order (section 4) and any further terms Giztix gives you for the product. That agreement governs your use of the product; these terms govern the website.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You can create a Turboo account from the pricing page. This creates a Turboo workspace for your company in the product, with you as its administrator, and signs you in on the website.

You confirm that you are authorised to act for the company you name, that the details you give are accurate, and that you will keep them up to date.

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Keep your password confidential. The website never stores it: sign-in is checked by the Turboo product's identity service, and the website keeps only a sealed session cookie (see the Privacy Policy).

When you create an account you accept these terms. We record the version you accepted, the time, your account and organisation identifiers, your e-mail, your language and a hashed network address.

Turboo accounts are for business use. Driver accounts of the product cannot be used to sign in on the website.

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Thai baht (THB) and exclude 7 % VAT unless stated otherwise. The price shown when you send an order is the price we confirm, subject to section 5 and to obvious errors.

Sending an order on the website is an order request. The Turboo team confirms it by e-mail. A contract for the modules you ordered is formed when we confirm the order or when your payment is received, whichever comes first.

Payment methods: bank transfer (we e-mail you our bank details; your workspace is activated after the transfer is confirmed); invoice with 30-day payment terms, when offered, against a purchase-order number and an accounts-payable e-mail; and, when online payment is switched on, credit card or PromptPay QR through our payment provider. A card fee may apply; it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tax invoices are issued to the company, tax ID, branch and registered address you enter. Please check them: a tax invoice issued to wrong details may not be re-issued.

Usage rules of the product, summarised here for your information (the product terms govern): every job created in Turboo, including drafts and duplicates, counts as a trip and is debited from your trip balance when it is created; deleting or cancelling a job does not refund the trip; monthly modules are billed per month and are switched off at the end of the period through the Turboo team; when the trip balance reaches zero, new jobs are blocked while existing jobs and the driver app keep running; top-ups are made by bank transfer through the Turboo team, with no minimum, no bonus and no expiry.

Trips and monthly modules already consumed are not refunded. There is no free trial; a trial is arranged with the Turboo team on request.

A quotation downloaded from the pricing page is indicative. It carries a quotation number, its issue date and the date until which it is valid; after that date the prices on the pricing page apply. A quotation is not an invoice and does not reserve anything.

The quotation is issued to the company and contact details you enter, and we may contact you about it.

The demo runs on sample data and fictional companies. Nothing in it measures what the product will do for your business, and it is not a commitment to any feature or timing.

The brand name and logo you can add to the demo stay in your browser; they are not sent to us (see the Privacy Policy).

You may not: use the website in a way that breaks the law or these terms; send false, misleading or other people's details through its forms; probe, scan or overload the website, or bypass its rate limits or security; or copy the website's content, prices or design for a competing offer. We may block addresses or accounts that do so.

The website, the demo, the product and the Turboo and Giztix names, logos and marks belong to Giztix Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and print pages of the website for your own evaluation of Turboo; any other use needs our written permission. Names and marks of other companies shown on the website belong to their owners.

The website is provided "as is". We take care that its content is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors, or that the website, the demo or the chat will be available without interruption. Information on the website is not advice; what Turboo does for your business is defined in the product terms and in your order.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Giztix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the website, and our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the website or to an order placed on it is limited to the amount you have paid to us under the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update these terms. The version line at the top of this page shows the version and the date from which it applies. For a material change we give at least 30 days' notice on the website before the new version takes effect; other changes apply from the date shown. For an account created on the website, the version you accepted is recorded with your account. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the website before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. A dispute that cannot be settled amicably is submitted to the competent courts of Thailand. If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.

These terms are published in Thai and in English. Both versions have equal standing; in case of conflict between them, the Thai version prevails.
